- About me: It is a lot of fun to sell expensive real estate. Mark the price up, convince the mark to pay it, and watch that commission swell. Say, thinking about that, would you be inclined to drop a couple of mil on a place in central Florida? Because it would sure be nice to unload it on some unsuspecting person from out of town.
